Elastic is the company behind the Elastic Stack - consisting of the open source projects Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats and Logstash. Elasticsearch is a search engine and analytics engine. Logstash is a server-side data processing pipeline that ingests data from different sources simultaneously, transforms it and then sends it to a storage location, e.g. Elasticsearch. Kibana enables the visualisation of data through charts and tables in Elasticsearch.
