Every day is a good day to sign the "Charta der Vielfalt", which we did today.
Mutual respect, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, age, education, religion and nationality is part of the building blocks of G&L. Our inclusive culture has been making our working life more creative and productive for many years.
Initiatives like the "Charta der Vielfalt" contribute to diversity finally becoming an integral part of every company's culture.
